Most of the normal tones, such as an alarm "Wo Wo Wo" or "Ding Dong," last 5 seconds, while some may extend up to 10 seconds or more.

The door chime products offer a loud audible alarm of up to 120 dB with 5 volume levels, allowing you to set different volumes and sounds to suit your needs. The doorbell transmitter covers a range of up to 600 feet, which is more than enough to set chimes in your backyard, roof windows, or other distant locations within your family's space. The sensor's battery life is impressive, with a single sensor capable of triggering more than 15,000 times, ensuring long-lasting performance for normal usage.

To keep you informed about the battery status, the chime sensor LED turns red every 3 seconds to indicate a low battery, prompting you to replace it. The LED indicator also keeps flashing when the door sensor signal is received, making it easy to notice any activity.

It's important to note that the doorbell chime is only activated within a gap of 0.4 inches between the sensor and the magnetic stripe on the door. During installation, you should ensure that the gap does not exceed 0.4 inches when the door is closed. The door chime kits come with double-sided adhesive and screws for easy mounting of the sensors, but it's recommended to avoid installing them on metal surfaces, as that can weaken the doorbell's magnetism.
